Price first
You hear the exact price once we have seen the door and lock. Nothing is done without your OK.
Damage-free first
We first try a method that leaves the door and lock intact; if a part is needed, we explain why.
ID check
Before opening a door we check that you live or stay there (ID plus a lease, bill or booking).
Doors, locks and keys
We work on the doors of flats, villas, holiday lets and shops. Building doors only: we do not open cars or safes.

Moved in or changed tenants? We replace only the cylinder, and every old key stops working.

Spare keys for flats, steel doors and building entrances; with special profiles we check first.
Not sure which one you need? Tell us what happened and we will say whether it calls for a door opening, a new cylinder or a whole new lock.
How it works
Turkish street names are hard to spell out over the phone, especially at night. On WhatsApp, a location pin and a photo of the lock tell us where you are and what to bring.
Call or message us
Tell us the neighbourhood, street, building and flat. On WhatsApp you can simply send your location pin and a photo of the lock.
Hear the price first
Once we have seen the door and the lock, we tell you the exact price. Any night surcharge is mentioned on the phone.
Approve, and we fix it on site
We start only after you say yes. When the job is done, we test the door and the lock together with you.

Questions from visitors and residents
I am locked out of my holiday let. Who should I call first?
Your host or the reception desk: many places keep a spare key, and that is the quickest fix. If nobody answers, call us or send your location pin on WhatsApp. Before opening the door we ask for your passport and booking confirmation, and we may ring the host as well.
How much does a locksmith cost?
It depends on the lock, the time of day and whether a new cylinder or lock is needed, so we do not publish a fixed price. A photo of the lock lets us give you a rough idea by message. The exact price comes once we have seen the door, before any work starts; if a night surcharge applies, you hear it on the phone. If you do not agree, we do nothing.
Why do you ask for a passport or ID?
Because opening a door lets someone into a home. A passport or ID card plus something that links you to the address is normally enough: a lease, a utility bill, an e-Devlet residence document or your booking. If your papers are inside, we look at them once the door is open.
I lost my keys. Do I need a new cylinder?
If anything showing your address went missing with them, yes: a new cylinder makes the lost keys useless while the lock stays in the door. If the key simply disappeared on the beach and you still have a spare, a copy may be all you need.
Is this the Altınkum in Didim?
No. We work in Altınkum, Konyaaltı, a seaside neighbourhood of Antalya city. The resort called Altınkum in Didim is on the Aegean coast, hours away; if you are staying there, a locksmith based in Didim will reach you much sooner.
